I was hesitant to order online without trying first, but I ordered anyways. This jacket fits great with room for layering. I'm 5'8", about 150 lbs, and ordered a medium. Will test it out soon, hopefully, for urban archery deer hunting and turkey hunting
I am very impressed with this jacket. I splurged to buy it, and I’m not disappointed! The material is very high quality and enjoyable to wear. I feel like Prois has thought of everything here. Deep zippered pockets, an oversized hood that will fit over a hat, and adjustability. I find myself wearing this jacket every day, not just in the rain. It’s comfortable! It serves as a lightweight shell, or can be worn over my down as an outer layer. I expect many years of use out of this jacket.
Finally invested in the Prois rain gear (Dionla 3L Waterproof Jacket AND Pants) and it was the best decision I've made regarding gear. I hunt in western Washington and 95% of the time, its storming. My gear didn't arrive in time for deer season, but the first time I wore my gear for elk season, I bagged my first Roosevelt Elk! I'm going to say my Prois gear brought me luck. I stayed dry and warm the entire weekend and we biked/hiked over 50 miles through the pouring rain and howling wind. My gear also got covered in blood and washed out nicely. My gear looks brand new, even after putting it through the ultimate test my first weekend wearing it. It also looks damn good. I feel like a boss lady wearing Prois and I'm officially hooked! I also have the Triall Abrasion-Resistant Leggings that I wear under my gear and they're great. I can't wait to try more Prois gear. My ONE and only complaint is that I spent over $350 on the Dionla 3L Waterproof pants and jacket and still had to pay $12.99 shipping.
