Theses pants are amazing. I have a hard time finding pants that fit and theses exceed my expectations. They are stretchy and comfortable. Hold up great in sage brush and rough terrain. Definitely a must buy item!
I love the pants so much. I love the Velcro adjustable sides. Super soft and comfortable
These would be nice on warmer days, and seem like they’d be comfy to hike in. However, they run like, two sizes too big. I’m so disappointed that I have to return them. I’m a 27-28 waist, and ordered a medium. They were huge. Like HUGE. Like no way a belt or wearing a base layer underneath would have worked. They literally were falling off of me. Why does women’s sizing have to be such a mystery? And now they are sold out, of course, so I guess I’ll be waiting over a year again.
I have a pair of the old original pradlann pants they are made from a thick khaki-like material on the pant itself and the briar chap portion is made of a cordura type nylon very thick and rugged! My old pants have withstood two years of daily hunting (weather permitting) in fields that are full of briars, roses, raspberries, teasels you name it. The only wear they are showing is on the cuff hem. The so-called new and improved pant are merely a very thin stretchy nylon hiking pant on the pant portion itself with a thicker nylon covering the chaps area. I wore them once to test them out and they already have pull marks all over them where the briars have grabbed. I have no doubt that if I wore them as much as my old ones I will have tears right through them, as I’ve already felt briar‘s touch my leg underneath them (I don’t feel a thing in the old ones) Overall I am not satisfied with this product especially because the old ones are absolutely amazing however for the sale price and the fact that you can no longer buy the old ones I don’t have much choice in a decent fitting briar pant. As a field or hiking pant they’ll do the trick but shouldn’t be advertised as a briar pant. My pictures show the old style pant vs the new.
