I wore my Merino gloves today for the first time while pheasant hunting in Southeast Pa. I wore them as gloves because it was in the 40s. They kept my hands warm and I was able to load my shotgun and shoot without any problem because they are thin and soft. I actually forgot that I had gloves on. They kept my hands warmer then my shooting gloves. I really like them. I recommend them highly
During An epic backpacking/hunting trip to Kachemak Bay Alaska I discovered the value of these gloves. I wore them nearly 24 seven .. five rope assisted climbs, six nights, seven days five thousand mosquitoes and the only thought I gave to my hands was “I need another pair of these gloves in my life.”
I love my Prois gear - these gloves are warm but can't figure out why they made the fingers so long?!
These were great on my Wyoming elk hunt!
I wore them 5 consecutive hunting days, and these were tough days. Hours on horseback and tough high elevation hikes. Perfect for mild weather and a huge asset as a liner when we were up in the snow in higher altitude and wind.
They did get a few small holes in them but I would absolutely buy them again and am excited to archery hunt with them here at home in Illinois!
Worn these on a high 40s northern Michigan morning and my hands stayed warm! Continued to wear in my treestand for camouflage purposes the rest of the day, temps got up to 70. The fingers are a little long but overall fit is nice. My release fit over the glove comfortably.
