Terrible follow up

I ordered the wrong size and had to submit and RMA for each item in my order instead of the whole order. Then I only received 1 item from my order exchanged and not refund or replacement for the second item. I have called and left a VM and emailed and received no response. Where is my second item?

Great base layer

I haven’t worn them yet in the cold weather but they are great quality, fit well and wash well. Can’t wait to use them! Everything Prois has is excellent so I don’t expect anything less.
