These pants ROCK! I have worn these over several base layers or over my Pro-Edition pants to lock out the cold! LOVE that they have the elastic waistband--which makes them the SUPER EASY to slip on and off! (Let's face it, as you bundle up like the Michelin Lady, those outer layers get harder and harder to put on and take off!) Comfortable, QUIET and warm make for a deadly combination.

For cold winter hunts you won't find anything better than the Prois Extreme! I grew up with wool pants for winter that get frozen when they are wet and cold. The extreme doesn't do that when wet. I stayed warm and dry for 5 hours after dark in a snow storm, while wet and muddy. I personally hate long underwear, I feel like I'm suffocating, and with these pants I only had compression shorts under them. My movement was never restricted while walking, climbing out of a canyon, or digging under the truck. I love these soft fluffy warm piece of heaven wrapped around your legs!

My go to These have become my go to pants since cold weather has set in. Honestly they are like sleeping bags wrapped around your legs. Soft and fluffy! The only complaint I have (and it's personal habit preference) is there are no hip pockets. So I'm always reaching to shove my hands down in them but nothing is there. The knee pockets are perfect though for keeping my things safe and secure. They are super silent when walking which is a great plus!

Outstanding pants for extreme cold Outstanding cold weather pants. I have yet to get cold wearing these pants. Whether it's a long late season sit for deer, or mmore often in my case, lying in frozen field waterfowl hunting, these pants have never failed to keep me snug as a bug in a rug and toasty warm. The side boot zippers and elastic waist make slipping these over a pair of pants easy peasy and removing them when day warms up a bit a non issue. The fit is good and the durability has proven to be excellent with surviving multiple trips through the washer and dryer and still looking like brand new. I high recommend them for anyone who struggles with staying warm during cold weather outdoor activities.

Perfect Cold Weather Pants I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pants. I get cold easily, so these are a great option for me with layers whether I'm sitting long sits in the ground blind or tree stand. Even in the earlier season when it's cooler in the morning, I will throw these on. They are comfortable and warm. They are bulky and don't always make movement the easiest, but in cold weather they are a must.
